A net-cafe is where you pay (usually per hour) for using a computer with internet access or playing computer games. Some offer other services such as scanning, photo copying and other computer related services.
IPP
IPP companies (Internet Presence Providers) are companies that host (store) websites/sites with webpages, domain registrars and other internet related services, excluding connecting computers to the internet. IPP resources are added by the ISP.PH site staff.
